Monthly Small Group Programs: These are our most popular programs. They are more economical than our private lessons, but are still proven effective (using the EFS System as the platform). Not only do participants improve, but they are able to retain more of what they gain in these longer (monthly programs). Adaptation Accumulation- We have also found that athletes are able to attain a whole new level of kinesthetic proficiency (control over their body) when using the EFS System repeatedly over a period of several months or with multiple 3 month programs. Often, in this case their athleticism is transformed and so is their confidence. We often hear our long-term users mention going from being in the back or middle of the pack, to later being up in the front of the pack. Once per week helps, twice per week is proven effective and 3x per week will make gains happen faster and more substantially. 4x per week is advanced, but will transform the athlete.

Personal
Training, Paired Training and Triad Programs: Athletes who use EFS personal training tend to improve faster and more significantly (though it is slightly more costly). Our private lessons are like a concentrated version of The EFS Training System. They still use The EFS System as the primary training platform, but they also enable us to focus on specific weaknesses to help an athlete fill in these gaps and get up to par in a specific area. This may include biomechanics (running form), top speed, starting speed, cutting and lateral movement, strength for sports, rotational power (for batting), throwing power, vertical jump, injury recovery, etc. EFS Applied Sports Training (EFS-AST)- We are also able to conduct EFS Applied Sports Training in our private lessons, where we tayler EFS drills to more closely target the primary sport of the athlete. Here we often may incorporate the use of balls, hockey sticks, sports movements, and spontaneous reaction to better prepare them and advance their development.

Proven Effective EFS Strength Programs (Designed for Athletes)
If you are interested in gaining strength safely, or want to really maximize the time spent in the weight room, then we have some very effective solutions to meet your needs.
Before getting started, please first consider the practical benefits of using a structured strength program. Some of the key reasons why we use EFS strength programs is because we have seen them:
1. Improve Coordination (through neuro-muscular synchronization). 2. Reduce Injury Risk (by enhancing joint integrity, and soft tissue durability). 3. Help Speed Recovery From Injury (conservatively applied, will cause focused immune cell recruitment). 3. Increase Muscle Mass (through hypertrophy and natural endocrine stimulation).
3. Enhance Power for Sports Movements (according to physics, Speed X Strength = Power.) 4. Assist with Speed & Jump Development (by working in synergy to yield power & explosiveness). 5. Build Confidence (through endocrine adaptation, multiple mini-accomplishments and charted gains).
Fee's for EFS Strength Programs

Need More Help with Choosing an EFS Program?
The following resources may help you zero in on your target and better arm you to achieve your goals.
Choosing a Training Frequency (for Speed, Quickness & Agility and Vertical Jump)
Athletes using The EFS System usually train once, twice, 3x, or 4x per week and in some (heavy conditioning-oriented) cases even 5x per week.Choosing a training frequency should be
based on 5 criteria. These criteria are: Desired improvement
(or results), speed of improvement., compatibility with one’s schedule, risk
of over-training, and what has worked well before (or has been popular) with other athletes. We also have recommended applications as far as when to train with a high or low weekly frequency. Below is a table listing the benefits of training at various weekly frequencies, and the probability of experiencing those benefits from using The EFS System.

Choosing a Program Duration(for Speed, Quickness & Agility and Vertical Jump)
With The Proven Effective EFS System you can choose the right training duration for your desired outcome. With EFS, you can achieve quick results if you have serious time limitations. If you are like most athletes that we work with then you probably have a 3 month chunk of time, which will enable you to see some significant results with The EFS System. If you want lasting results that you will retain for a longer period of time, then using the EFS System for 6 or more months will help you to achieve this. Athletes who have used the EFS System for 1 year or more have reported achieving a "new identity" as some one who is now "fast" or "very fast", or "very powerful". At EFS, this is what we call Total Athlete Transformation. Below
is a table listing the benefits of training with The EFS Speed & Jump System at various durations, and the probability of experiencing those benefits from
using one of The EFS System programs.
