EFS Long Term Athlete Development is built on a foundation of science based training, repetition and commitment. By not rushing for quick results, the athlete develops safer, more completely and peaks higher. This is by far the most comprehensive and beneficial way to conduct performance training. Neuromuscular programing and adaptation accumulation take place with this program which lead to athlete transformation and maximal improvement retention. This program can also be customized to guide the athlete through nutrition, regeneration, in-season injury prevention, and in-season sport specific performance training as well as off season preparation. 6 month, 1 year and 2 year versions available. Special pricing and monthly installments are available for these EFS LTAD programs.

Four Training Options to Choose From

The EFS training options vary in how many people are being trained, who is doing the training, and customization.


  1.   Small Group Training: This involves a group of 1-10 participants, being taught by one instructor. Though they vary in age range they do not compete against each other. There is a preset schedule (Click to view) of over 20 class times per week that participants can choose from. The instructor uses the EFS training system class protocols. Each class is 1hr. 


  1.   EFS Training Genius: This involves a group of 1, 2 or 3 participants, being taught by an accomplished EFS instructor who is also an EFS Senior Trainer. The training is semi-custom in that the trainer adapts the program to meet the participants needs, but still works from the EFS system protocols. Each lesson is 1hr.

The EFS pricing options are structured to offer volume discounts, as a reward for purchasing more lessons. Not only does the participant benefit more (by achieving LTAD: Long Term Athlete development) , but you save more as well.  Scheduling Lessons: This is fairly easy and simply involves contacting us to redeem your newly purchased lessons and schedule a lesson. Then you will be assigned a trainer or class accordingly. Lessons can be rescheduled as long as you give us 24 hours notice. For Small Group Classes: Your schedule can be adjusted as you go. Choose from over 20 class times per week. Most train 2x per week, but some attend 1x per week and even 3 and 4x per week.
